Human Resources plans, implements and coordinates personnel policies and procedures to comply with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations. They assist with issues related to new personnel; establish and coordinate personnel policies and procedures; maintain job classification systems; assist with benefit programs; and mediate employee problem resolution.
The Human Resources Department is comprised of Sheena Randall, Director; Wendy Jackson, Generalist and Carol Goodnight, Secretary. This team is responsible for assisting over 900 full and part-time employees. Together, they have more than 40 years of experience in Hamilton County government.
